Requirements

Academic Specialist

• Currently seeking Orton-Gillingham practitioners (Orton-Gillingham "Plus" preferred) and Executive Functioning coaches
• 2+ years of experience working with students in one-on-one or small-group environment
• Proficiencies in implementing multi-sensory strategies in ELA, Math, and other primary subjects
• Bachelors degree in Education or education-related field required

Counselor

• Currently seeking LGPC, LCPC, and LCSW counselors
• 2+ years of experience working with clients ages 5 and up
• Comfortable working with students and parents (individually and together)
• Preference working with expressive modalities (play, art, sand, psychodrama, etc.)
• Must work from a non-shaming, de-pathologizing, strengths-based lens
