LINKZ, LLC offers an optional SMS session reminder program ("LINKZ Session Reminders"). By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from LINKZ related to upcoming tutoring, coaching, or consultation sessions. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled sessions. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for the LINKZ Session Reminders program will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as Twilio) solely to deliver the text messages you have requested.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following parties:
• Stripe: For secure payment processing
• Twilio: For SMS/text message delivery
• QuickBooks (Intuit): For accounting and invoicing
• Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication
• Vercel: For application hosting
• Google Workspace: For email communications
• LINKZ Staff: Relevant staff members are given access to student information relevant to their assigned cases in order to provide services
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

We will not share, sell, or distribute your mobile phone number or opt-in data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, including:

• Secure authentication with domain-restricted access
• Role-based access controls limiting data access based on staff role
• Secure payment processing through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
