• Professional qualifications, skills, and certifications

LINKZ, LLC offers an optional SMS session reminder program ("LINKZ Session Reminders"). By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from LINKZ related to upcoming tutoring, coaching, or consultation sessions. Message frequency varies based on your scheduled sessions. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 410-290-5955 or info@linkzedu.com. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for the LINKZ Session Reminders program will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers (such as Twilio) solely to deliver the text messages you have requested.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following parties:
• Stripe: For secure payment processing
• Twilio: For SMS/text message delivery
• QuickBooks (Intuit): For accounting and invoicing
• Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication
• Vercel: For application hosting
• Google Workspace: For email communications
• LINKZ Staff: Relevant staff members are given access to student information relevant to their assigned cases in order to provide services
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
We will not share, sell, or distribute your mobile phone number or opt-in data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We take the security of your information seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, including:
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/SSL)
• Secure authentication with domain-restricted access
• Role-based access controls limiting data access based on staff role
• Secure payment processing through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Regular security reviews of our systems and practices
While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:
• Student and case records are retained for the duration of the service relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping and legal compliance

• SMS message logs are retained for operational purposes and to resolve any disputes

LINKZ provides educational services to minors. We collect information about students (including minors) only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian. We do not collect personal information directly from children under 18 without parental consent. Parents and guardians may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information by contacting us.
